All orders are shipped mostly on the same business day or within 24 hours of you placing the order using mainly Australia Post or couriers depending on size of the package, your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 1 to 7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal delays.
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, most items are shipped same or within 1 business bay. Under normal circumstance 1-7 business days is delivery time for items shipped using regular Post. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email at

Remote Area Surcharge
A Remote Area Surcharge is applied per shipment when the domestic or international delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined a post code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served or the postage and handling cost to such a location from our fulfilment centre is too high. In this case will inform you if your domestic or international destination requires a remote area surcharge and will send you a quote for the same. Alternately you can always choose to cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
